now let me take you back to the templar castle and cameron thinking ahead fast...before he rose to prominence in the conservative party....

the rebel group needed to set up an 'institution' that could be used for a specific purpose....and what might that purpose be?

well he figured that in order to deal with the ROYALS selling off anything that had THE CROWN at the top of the page - such as the judicial/prosecution service/your local police station....see previous notes...that at some point in time...if the queen refused to abdicate and abolish the monarchy - that the next best thing would be to make the ROYALS all 'prosecutable' under UK law.

you see the current situation is untenable...and every day that passes...it gets worse....the ROYALS will attempt to sell everything off because they know that their time is passed and so many people/organisations are working to get rid of them....therefore, basically they simply want to hang on for as long as they can 'the kling-ons'.....whilst selling as much off as possible...things that most people do not think that they legally 'own' but as you cannot prosecute them under current UK law...it is almost impossible to stop them....

so what had cameron in mind?

pass a bill to put the ROYALS 'under the law'....make them 'prosecutable'....

that would stop what mr icke has been banging on about for a long time...the royal paedophile cult....as well as make those like princess anne (and as far as i know she is dead now so 'posthumously') stand trial (like jimmy savile) for her crimes against humanity...such as destroying Japan with the royal genome project 'factories' ....not to mention EMB's tidal wave to cover it all up etc etc....anne's dogs savaging ramblers on public footpaths is 'the least of it'...

additionally it will stop temptation being put in the way of the power-hungry like BRZEZINSKI...see previous notes upon him realising that if he ran a 'puppet' in the ROYAL household like kate middleton for example....he could tell her what to do and she would be 'above the law'...therefore 'by proxy' whatever he wanted done - would be 'above the law' too....

now to pass a bill in the house of commons - it also needs to go through the house of lords...which is no doubt why SP and that SWAT team bravely 'relieved' the house of lords of that 'radio frequency program equipment' in the back....knowing that they couldn't be prosecuted for it by anybody because nobody would admit to it being there in the first place....ditto the equipment in the 'HOME' office at whitehall....see previous notes upon why the FOB keys and identifying the right colours - had been so important...

next up....remember EMB on warwick campus 1997...warning me that if the british public objected to and threw out thatcher's POLL TAX demands upon every household in the UK....rich and poor were supposed to pay the same amount of tax and this had been a sick idea put forward by the british ROYAL family....if the general population demonstrated and threw it out of court...as so many of them were to do...then the ROYALS would be so enraged that they would find ways of exacting that money out of everybody and they wouldn't stint on finding underhand ways to do so...until they had taken the 'same amount' in taxes off every single household in the UK....now you could see that would 'take some doing'....what sort of financial accounting/auditing system would be needed? One that could spy upon every single penny that a UK household obtained and then spent....and where is that financial computerised system based? COI.

To make matters worse...the KING OF SPAIN had been so impressed by the BRITISH ROYALS' system upon the computers at COI...which could ruin an individual family - almost 'at the press of a button'....well, i exaggerate a little but not much....that he had 'bought' as in - invested in 40% of it...which basically meant that the financial program had a 'syphon feature'.....which ended up with a large share of UK money that COI was dealing with...being hived off to the royal household of spain.

Anyway, HULBRUSCH was to have a look at the whole financial program...and state that it could be put to far better use....after it had been 'firewalled' and that would simply mean 're-passwording'....

once the UK government had passed a law making the ROYALS prosecutable....well that might result in billions of 'unnecessary cases' clogging up the legal system of this country....you know what US and UK culture is like, nowadays...everybody suing everybody.....a litigious culture....

so a 'filter system' would be needed before a case could be brought.....and COI would be admirably suited to be that 'filter system'....their financial program has the 'mechanics' of what would be needed to do the financial workings out of 'fines' etc....whilst their legal department could handle the rest of it....

in short, cameron's government could cherry-pick the cases that they wanted to force through first....fine the royals for 'everything'....and rake back the stolen money into governmental coffers....you could fine them for billions to be honest....and they have the money, hidden away....

you could add a clause relating to artefacts as well....remember the sikh population calling queen elizabeth II 'mrs fagin' because she will not give back their world famous diamond - stolen from them, so many years ago?

the elgin marbles would be more problematic...coming under the aegis of the british museum but you see how it goes....you need a clearing house for applications to 'go to court' and each case would have to be assessed upon its own merits....
