the PO ASSISTANT kept on 'hugging his thumb' with his right hand....and the woman was to put her card into the machine...telling him that it was worth it....she was so lucky to have this easy way out, of going through the whole passport 'thing'.....

and i just kept watching...almost unable to believe my eyes......
