M&S yesterday....i didn't see a promotion going on...normally signalled by 'red price labels' over the freezers....and normally the promotion is '2 for three of any frozen product'....

so it was a surprise to check my receipt and find that i had got 75p off....frozen goods....

because the discount was supposed to have been off the two cans of SOUP....and i am sure that is what had given me the 75p discount.....there had been a promotion 'red labels' above the soups....

so why is this word FROZEN here....and what is the rest of it all about...B1GSHP?

suddenly i flashbacked to donald craig - brought under the control of mark r....he was showing him a CHESS PIECE...a BISHOP....telling him that if he wanted to remarry the woman he loved...then he had to 'sign here'...the devil's contract....

they then froze him a freezer for a while and then 'the usual' as in a stun-gun to the back of his neck....

so in short, donald craig will be 'asleep' but his masonic network still has that video.....and yes donald had been programmed as 'the frozen bishop'.....

why did i buy two cans of that chicken soup....they contain sulphites....oh i see...they don't anymore but circa 2003...they had done...a sort of preservative i suppose....and yes, i can now see that it was the 'dolphin bay' chardonnay which had contained the sulphites....

SCOT BRO HADO refers to frozen scottish haddock...oh i see...that will be something around what had happened to scottie and the sas.....

why do frozen foods have that 'sideways triangle' attached on the receipt?

and today is an SAS day as far as i am concerned....this may sound a bit silly...but i was to try out that M&S  'pomegranate lotion' yesterday - thinking 'that's the sort of thing that will attract insects in summer - that fruity smell'....to then attract the whole caboodle around ALEX....the 'in-sects' of sandhurst....

next up...i had also bought an M&S fig and orange oil lotion....and the sas had been programmed with that 'fig tree' on west avenue...see previous notes.....so my guess is that this is an sas day, today....
