israeli intelligence were to immediately find out that a 'boot program' was transmitted to all of the buildings in the location....
their initial thoughts?
"well, it can't be the norwegians - got to be the CIA hasn't it?"
well.....go figure....that is all i can say....
how about the romanians, for example?
the varying boot programs....all related to 'finance' carried various CIA hallmarks....but 'not quite' as one israeli 'information technology' expert - was to say....
