oh I remember now, MOD evans....because my sixth sense has led me back to what had made me laugh, at the time...so many years ago now...a certain 'joke' about scarlett and those 'non-stop shops' to be found in the ex-soviet states, within the early 90s.....NUPEX....go figure:
