....this morning, i was to have a walk along clacton prom gardens...to then go down to the beach, to the left of clacton pier...
i then returned up the concrete incline/ramp) to see a group of young people and their 'leader' - standing where i had previously seen them, congregate....a couple of minutes previously...their leader had been speaking in 'low tones' beforehand as if she didn't want to be heard - and so not the usual type of 'manager/teacher/instructor' eh?....anyway, by that point - a few more had joined the group...and i was to walk past them, taking a photo as i did so 'just in case'...to then remember that TREAP photo of the 'fridge/bridge' biznez and so i took a photo of that as well...that 'installation' under the bridge before clacton pier....
...to then walk under the bridge...and uphill towards marine parade...for a woman to then walk around the corner, of that 'prague rothschild colour' kiosk - see previous notes...she had dark glasses on....she looked 'normal' enough and yet upon seeing me...she was to say audibly and in a very angry tone "oh shit...."
...to follow that up with...."you got lucky, this time!"...in a vehement/vindictive tone of voice.
i wondered what that was all about...seeing as i had no idea of who she was...therefore, she couldn't possibly have been talking to me, could she?...besides she was wearing dark glasses and so i had no idea if she was even looking at me, at the time - or not....and i didn't think so, at the time...
however, seeing as she didn't appear to have a visible 'phone' or 'earplugs' - upon her person...well, it did make me wonder...but not that much....and so i was to turn around, having finally got to the top of the road-under-the-bridge...to see that woman disappearing off towards the pier...but i didn't bother to take a photo...go figure.
....perhaps she was just talking to herself, eh?...and then got 'interrupted' as it were...whilst 'caught between two worlds'....by somebody walking past her...who knows?
and so who might she have been talking to 'in her head' or upon a hidden mobile/device in her bag etc etc?....a boyfriend, a lover, a husband...a best-friend-turned-enemy....a parent...a sibling...an ex-boss...who knows...as wide as the ocean, eh?
are there devices on sale nowadays...where you do not need to 'handhold' the device....or wear ear-plugs or a 'hearing aid' etc etc?
...and yes i have little better to think about nowadays...of course the whole 'world of spying' still interests me, a bit (but not that much or i would have bothered to watch that new BBC series on 'hi-tech' stuff - upon iplayer)....in terms of what new technology is out 'on the streets'...i.e. technology made available to the general public, as well as used by 'security forces'-at-large etc etc...but can i be bothered, is really the 'big question' here, isn't it?...and well, seeing as i am now 'retired' and i just want the money stolen from me, back - and that is all i am after, see previous notes as to 'why'....well, the answer is 'no', i cannot be bothered, with any of it.
It can therefore 'all go to hell in a...' - what was the phrase, again - gill?

what else? well i continued my walk up to clacton fountains to see this 'ROE' vehicle in operation...with a long mechanical 'trunk'...go figure.

my sixth sense....an older japanese looking woman - who was to smile at me as i smiled back at her...down the prom, this morning...to later on see so many opened windows at the back of travelodge, clacton...to then note, again - a certain 'eastern design and quality' to the buildings....belle/jackson court adjoins travelodge....and so let me guess - a 'japanese military' day - in the flat today?
