secondly I now know why LOUISE MENSCH was in PRIVATE EYE...appearing 'dazed and confused' about quite a bit...this will relate to a 'ving type' from Whitehall...telling her to put a 'mule-like' object in the doorway of the house across the road to the large building above....remember the 'Whitehall mules'? she was told "nobody will notice..." something around the program running...and the fact that nobody would remove it....
