....and what else, dazzlenation?...well, DGS windows rang up to cancel - seeing as they haven't got the glass, as yet....hmmm...the glass is an interesting one....you see - there's been a large stain upon that living room window and for so long....i had assumed that it was a seagull - as i told the (new) carpenters who were to inspect it - regarding the hinge-that-comes-off-the-wall which i had thought was the only thing that needed 'doing' apart from mending the mechanism that opens it....one of them thought differently "it'll have to be replaced" regarding the glass...and so i begin to wonder what it might really be....you see - after so much rain/thunderstorms over the past few years....which normally wash off any gull shit....that particularly large dark 'splodge' of something hasn't moved and of course, i haven't been able to open the window to get at it etc etc.....anyway, they'll contact me once they've got the glass in and inspected it to arrange a new booking....off on a tangent now - just proving a point - let us say...one of the carpenters went 'blood red' as he entered the flat...i also felt that 'radiation wave' hit - as i normally do - remember that young male plumber who came in to do the boiler...he was to suffer the same 'fate'....tardville et al - had been hoping to pass it off as the 'menopause'...and yet, it affects men....young or middle-aged, as much as myself - in terms of going bright/dark red when it hits....come to think of it, the younger carpenter also went bright 'pink'....and it wasn't a case of embarrassment, either - i might add...for anybody involved...as mark r had once said about my being in this flat "if they're hitting her with that much radiation - she won't have to worry about cancer"....some consolation, eh....see previous post....go figure.

and off on a tangent again, regarding 'hot flushes'....in relation to the menopause.....the other day, dona was to tell me that "nobody tells you it but..." given the context - dona is now on HRT and has had it severely cut back because of a nationwide shortage....and has subsequently been searching for it online - even upon ebay....something that i was to warn her against but anyway etc etc....dona's recommendation regarding oestrogen was chocolate, turkey and er....liquorice..."the only female plant" apparently....oh and regarding turkey...i was to remember rodway telling me "i have to remember to eat it once a month and then i'm 'all right'"....she was in her mid-twenties, at the time.....additionally, i was to remember whalley, who had suffered severe acne as a teenager - her mother then started to make turkey baps for her school packed lunch and it all cleared up.....and so i begin to wonder if food is a better resort than pills....'superfoods" as oscar was to call them.....i was also to hear a funny story the other day...of wives telling husbands that they were feeling so much better after HRT that...."why not try it?" i.e. whatever they were taking...the husbands then did...to find that they felt more relaxed...less likely to 'fire off' at work....more 'zen'....lol....as it goes, eh?

i've only dipped a toe in the water, about all of this and so have no idea etc etc...anyway, what does uk gov think about the situation etc etc:
