...and what else, is new this monday morning, dazzlenation?...well, i rang 01206 487 090 to cancel that ophthalmologist's appointment....curious to know who had made the referral....the woman who answered first....was to tell me that the referral had been made by my optician's...unlikely, seeing as i haven't contacted mr hicks at armstrong and north, again but anyway....she then told me that she was a trainee and would ask somebody else on the desk (regarding that 'keep your options open' - 10 week number, in which to book a new appointment)....i was then put through to another assistant (remember that sheet that i had been sent - telling me that 'first call' telephone numbers go through to reception - the other phone numbers given were for the secretaries of each doctor - a sort of 'ringfencing off' of the doctors - so that you cannot contact them, personally and so one can assume that i was put through to a secretary), who sounded rather 'braindead', let us say....lol...who then told me that it was the consultant who had 'triaged' it....i kid you not....and so i politely replied that my eye was healing naturally (albeit slowly - months down the line - remember swiss matthew's advice?) and that it would be a waste of NHS time and money - when i could now see again etc etc...she then replied scornfully and in an accusatory tone "what do you mean by...." as if i were lying and began to try to tell me that i had to attend that appointment and that is because the consultant, whom i have never met and do not intend to meet etc etc had set up the appointment...."it isn't just cataracts, you know - it's much more serious than that" she then hissed - in a biting and rather vicious bitchy tone....hmmm....i didn't know that braindead heroin-addicted 'earning their next fix' secretaries and the like (remember what deb mcd had got up to at solihull hospital etc etc) were allowed to view patient files...even a nurse should not be able to etc etc....it is between you and your doctor and i have not yet agreed to be seen by mr bansal etc etc...he is not my doctor, until i do so - regarding possible treatment...and so you can see just how potentially 'criminal' this all is - dazzlenation...a breach of confidentiality, at the very least....suffice to say, i reminded her that it is a patient's right to cancel any appointment or potential examination/treatment etc etc....and she then hung up without confirming that she had cancelled that appointment...how very rude....lol....isn't this all so pathetic?...and yes, you can spot them, a mile off - as soon as they open their ugly mouths etc etc...too stupid to realise that they should not be privy to patient files....hmmm....is this crompton at work, again or is consultant 'bansal' part of the whole 'obama' clump which is coming up, at this point in time....see previous post regarding that residence 'sedgwick park, horsham' biznez....hmmm....and yes, i've had more info back around 'that one'...in short, remember that time in the CIA lab, little italy - NY....so many years ago, now....when i mentioned 'five young cannibals' to obama (before he began his new career - outside of the NSA which ended up with him running for the presidency)....he was delighted...that whole afro-eurasian number.....and then got in touch with former band members, to run a 'mickey mouse' choo-choo trains drugs biznez and from sedgwick park, i might add....more laughter....anyway, the latest sky program up....and yes, i've got photos/radio files.....is of a 'black bird/black rabbit sings' number (i'll put them up, later)...anyway, remember mccartney's song....supposed to be about 'masonic blackbirds'....birds that are extremely territorial etc etc....and what else - dazzlenation?...well, i also rang up the HSBC about that tampered-with-'bank token'....for a very helpful assistant called 'sophia' to then de-register the entire online account....lol....additionally, she was to tell me that i could send the token back 'freepost' to the SKR centre...isn't that nice?....alternatively, i could just take it apart, dispose of the battery, in a recycling bin and etc etc...see previous notes upon 'all of that'...go figure.
