....and what else, dazzlenation?....bear with me upon 'this one'....turn back the clock so many years - to when i first moved into this flat....MI6 'john' was to show me the stopcock behind that board....of course, you couldn't see it....hidden to the right....see previous post, regarding the last-plumber-in-and-his-dilemma......however, somebody had constructed a 'lever' system, so that you could apparently turn the stopcock, on and off...the handle was made of 'yellow plastic' - shaped a bit like a huge spanner, hanging down off of the wall and you could push it from side to side....although, it didn't have a rounded edge outline, like a spanner...in point of fact it looked rather like the following.....oh and you couldn't exactly see the rest of the mechanism, that turned the stopcock but you could guess that it was probably run on a system of pulleys etc etc....anyway, 'mr cid' plumber was to have a look at it...decide that it was 'useless'..."what the hell is this" etc etc...to then take the apparatus out...having not tested it, myself...i have no idea whether or not it would have worked......nota bene - this flat has been coded out by the masons etc etc....go figure:

....and having read the strapline to the above photo....isn't this a farce, dazzlenation?....additionally, if you want to get to the 'heart' of it all....lol....in a very alternate dimension - mark you.....that was probably the boiler console upon the wall by the panel.....which didn't work....i told younger......who then took out his screwdriver....took it off the wall and dismantled it....disconnected the wires....go figure:

oh and what is worse, dazzlenation....this appears to be a repeat program....because i can remember what a certain plumber, all of those years ago now - had told me....that he would send round the carpenters.....who then decided that they could come round and attempt to gain entry - any time they felt like it....without bothering to contact me and organise a booking....which they are NOT allowed to do...something 'fishy' going on?....you bet.
