....and yes, that is what that plumber-who-had-come-in-to-do-the-bathroom-basin had had to do, dazzlenation....fumble around in the dark and for some time...before using his torch and phone...to finally locate where that stopcock was 'behind the panel'....he then took pictures and said that he would report the whole thing...i have also sent a couple of 'reminders' etc etc but nothing back, so far...see previous notes upon 'all of that'....go figure:
