and this is where it gets rather 'fishy', dazzlenation....and that is because stenson had referred to his 'best friend' at the edinburgh medical school (whom, i was to meet - along with his family - in a pub, during the fringe festival, all of those decades ago).....a scottish family...the father was a doctor....sorry, i cannot remember his name, as yet..."uncanny likeness" replies BI online...unless they were called 'Say' of course...oh i see....they had made a joke about it....lol.....something that the ill cult used to do, quite a bit...."do as i say but not as i do" etc etc....anyway, stenson wasn't necessarily referring to him, regarding 'thomas say' because he was to talk about how the thomas-that-he-had-in-mind....might well be dead, by this point in time....and so at a guess, dazzlenation...seeing as it is all a bit 'close-to-home' for me, regarding gloor/ingabot etc etc...perhaps he had been referring to 'thomas chapman'?
