 ....and what else, dazzlenation?...well 'no changes' upon the O2 scene...they are still trying to charge me £58.69 for the month of november....plus - i cannot reply to cleoriff because the following happens when i do....anyway, i can see what they appear to be doing, now - they are probably taking payment for my old hotspot dongle account as well as my new one...which they should NOT be - the second contract should have cancelled out the other - additionally, i have no idea why my phone is on 'unlimited' because i had capped it and i most certainly have NOT changed the contract...something 'criminal' going on here, then?....go figure:



....anyway, i've just checked the bill....to find out that they are, in point of fact, still taking for both accounts...why? Additionally, they are charging me a VAT bill of £9.78...what on earth?...and so to recap, not only are they charging me for my old account which should have been deleted....but they are overcharging me for my new account which should read £23.38 according to the contract letter....why they have decided to charge me £16.89 for my old account, i have no idea....wait a minute - apparently it is the 'tariff' charge....that was not the tariff charge for my old account...anyway, luckily the phone account appears to be 'on the mark' at around £8....and so in short, they have managed to overcharge me by about £25....i'll have to go into the shop, to sort it out because the O2 website 'search' option doesn't work, this evening...and so i cannot find out a way to delete that old account:
