anyway, I would suspect that there is more to these photos, than meets the eye...if only because of the way that the children look 'knowingly' at the photographer etc etc...franco zecchin used to use the same technique, in quite a few of his photos e.g. the children know what's going on but it cannot be spoken - see previous notes upon the history of that award-winning photo of Debbie McDonough - a competition run by Solihull library, in the 70s...go figure:
