and so having had a brief look at the following BBC article....I was to wonder...surely that 'climate change' group should be encouraged by the progress made....rather than taking what appears to be the opposite view etc etc....and acting obstructively, according to the BBC....anyway, I don't live in London and I haven't seen it all with my own eyes...and so what do I know?....go figure:
....it appears to be something of a 'tangled web' doesn't it?...go figure:
