and so what was it about 'lord hennessy', evans?....well, as far as I know...the link was to the kennedy scholarship....along with the following portrait....in relation to david miliband....go figure:

oh and Richard Tomlinson had also been awarded a 'kennedy scholarship' LOL....see previous notes upon Tomlinson's acting skills....which were not enough to 'pass muster' at MIT...who openly questioned him about whether the work that he had presented, was really his own or not...in short, they didn't believe him but decided to let it pass....probably because they didn't want a 'ruck' with the powers that be e.g. MI6 etc etc...see previous notes upon 'all of that'.
