...let me see...it was my mother who had warned me about trichinosis...apparently pork develops it far more quickly than other meats....because you only have to leave fresh pork in the sun...in a hot climate....for an hour or two and the eggs then develop into worms etc etc...and so whilst it might be perfectly safe to learn how to make pork dishes upon your 'igloo' EXODUS holiday - although you'll probably be learning how to cook with dried cod, eh - gill....lol...and yes, I can remember your authentic experience with hulbrusch in that arctic station...and well, go figure:
