...oh and that £160 number is a 'warning' as such...that the ill-cult-working-through-government are waving in your face...roughly translated, it means "we would like to charge you £160 for a missed appointment but we don't dare"...hmmm...I bet you don't....because this government is in enough trouble already - isn't it?...go figure.
