...and there's a happy ending to my tale, this morning.....as follows...."a temporary fix" replies MI5 ONLINE:
..ian watts (the younger one) turned up (gavin had apparently been the older partner who 'knew more' about that type of thing - see previous notes upon their
last visit, a few years ago now)...to find out what he thought might be 'wrong' with the functioning of that
living room window - to then give it a 'temporary fix' i.e. shut it completely and lock it....
....apparently, CHP had had lots of problems with those windows and if you had seen one
and how the mechanism within it operates...you would see 'why', dear reader....oh and i might add that having been shown a certain black plastic trigger'switch'...
i was to liken it to the black head and tongue of a viper..."look - it looks like....a viper's tongue!"...to which ian replied "yes!"...
before he even bothered to look up to....where i was pointing....and after he had looked up, he briefly laughed...as it goes, eh?
anyway, remember tomlinson's 'black snake down' photograph upon microsoft windows, brenda?...because the image was a bit like that....and so what am i suggesting?
...that the image might have been used by lisa and co etc etc...'emu' et al..."it had been"....go figure.
...and the upshot?...CHP will contact me in order to book in another morning appointment...in order for ian and gavin to have a look at the hinges of that window...
after ian's 'new managers' have made a decision upon what to do....ian took a few photos and described what the problem was...
'to an extent'let us say because he wasn't sure...upon his mobile phone....he then told me that he had no idea what decision his new managers might take upon
the whole thing....send in a surveyor.....replace the wholewindow etc etc...i asked him if i would be charged for the 'surveyor'....
he shook his head and smiled..."no, of course not"....go figure.
oh and one other point...and it is about ian's phonecall to CHP....he was to laugh and say "no, we don't need to send in the punisher!" to whoever was on the end of
 the line, at the time...and yes, dear reader - that is exactly what he had said - 'loud and clear', the last time that he and his mate - had visited this flat....
'the punisher'?...an in-joke at CHP?...who knows....anyway, 'the punisher' was to remind me of a MARVEL comics character of the same name....go figure.

....and what else?...well, i was to check my NPOWER files and the last bill issued...which had covered the period up to the 4th of may....
payable by the 22nd of may....which i then paid before the due date....and so let me just say this....it is now the 5th of july and seeing as i pay my NPOWER
 combined bill...upon a quarterly basis....which means that the next NPOWER bill should be due in august and it is only the beginning of july....go figure....
as to what 'that one' was all about...earlier on, this morning...."caught between the devil and the deep blue sea" replies MI5 ONLINE....you mean 'intelligence'
and the masons?...so unfunny...when will you all 'grow up'?..."naval intelligence" is the reply...you mean 'navel gazing' as rimington used to say?...although it has
to be said that the marines and the 'in the navy team' have helped me 'in leaps and bounds' far more so, than any of ling's MI5 team...who - if the truth be told...
were the biggest 'navel-gazers' of the lot...but there again, the eldest taschmann had told ling that she didn't need to 'do' anything...because she had to simply
"be there" - that was the point, for some reason...along with "just...do what you usually do"...sympathy...hostility (as to whoever comes along)..."whatever!"...
miriam, however - had other ideas....and she had been ling's boss, at that point in time....let me see....and so that 'choochie pooh' book will always have a place
 in my heart...because 'in a way' it might just be...robert webb's book is to adult males...albeit from a woman's angle and perspective, of course...
...from a woman, who had somehow 'got' it.......go figure.
