what else?....'running a microwave on empty'....the microwaves and the magnetron....in short, I can now remember the young ed gyde saying that he was 'magnetron' after having been locked up in that glass case, upon a deserted children's ward in that b'ham hospital, for so many months....with apparently an 'infectious disease'...which the doctors were to, later on, say...had been a misdiagnosis and that there had been nothing wrong with him at all....

....and there's more....MW had an odd belief...almost a superstition but perhaps not.....he had figured that if somebody put an empty microwave on...that one of them would then die...."you just have to hope that it isn't you" he laughed to rodway....go figure:

what else?...the woman in front of me, in the M&S queue upon sunday morning...had looked rather like  the following...except that her hair had been far more of a 'dyed orange' colour...anyway, she had been one of seb/MW's gang....go figure:

 

spinach soufflé?...see previous notes upon alexis chapman's sunken spinach soufflé etc etc...made sarah turner laugh a lot...I wonder why?
