...anyway, back to more serious matters....look at what parked under my living room windows, this morning....hmmm...and so what's going on?...is there a rather large 'leak' upon the groundfloor of this building?....now that would make sense, wouldn't it?...given the enormity of the waterbill...and I might add that in point of fact, I had contacted the waterboard about a leak, regarding the last waterbill...to be told by email that they had checked it and that my bill was correct....go figure:

 

looks like quite a serious leak - doesn't it?
