is there such a place as 'bilton'? I had formerly thought maybe 'bilston'?
anyway, is somebody attempting to 'clean windows'...that's it, isn't it?.....and so that's the 'spot'....see below....one of those directional 'jobs' as in aerials....what else? well my assumption would be that pupils at bilton school are 'at risk'...although on the other hand, the ill cult might have already recruited them...in relation to 'wickerman rites' etc etc...go figure:
