anyway, as you can now see, dear reader....'excused' but not 'exempt' means that the ill were going to use that 'grey area' loophole in order to try and entrap me at that court.....
...they have therefore written to tell me that I have been excused only "on this occasion"....and yes, they were going to claim that I needed to be tested for 'mental capacity' etc etc see previous notes upon all of that....and they don't make that clear on the form/information sent - do they?...and that is why I had to 'slap them down hard before they got going' etc etc...see previous notes and post:
