oh I see what I am tracking and tracing here, now....the ill cult 'team' who were behind that 'bullion' site....the 'bully-on'....something around A teams....see previous notes upon 'airheads' vs B team 'thinkers'....anyway, that A team were to figure that they could use the following 'charley' animation for 'something'....oh and they were also going to use radiowave 5139a......go figure:

oh and I would guess that they would have been linking it up to ALICE programming....remember the last scene....during MKultra programming...where she isn't supposed to pull the tablecloth from off of the table....because she is supposed to stay in 'wonderland'...
