...what else? I have now revised the text that I am going to send to that 'jury summoning central bureau'....I shall type it up at the library, this morning - print it off....

oh and any 'special vegetables' on the library staff, at present - will find themselves, the butt of quite a few 'merry jokes' in relation to stage whispers - if they decide to stand and read that text, slowly - something that some of them are prone to doing, with 'personal letters' etc printed off upon that library printer on the ground floor...."do you have difficulty in reading? you only have to read the top line, you know...and then you match it up to the frontcover copy....would you like me to show you how?" etc etc...

...anyway, and then i make photocopies of everything...the whole lot....take more photos, at home....to finally put it all into a large envelope (not the one sent by that 'bureau' because it might get 'lost in the mail')....and send it off via registered mail 'to be signed for' etc etc....do you see how very tiresome and annoying this whole biznez is? however, at least we've 'got' cronshy....as well as her 'masters' i.e. rifkind and the milibands....go figure.

anyway, here's the revised text:

According to the diagnosis of consultant psychiatrist Dr A Carney, I have a terminal illness 'persistent delusionary disorder' which is why I am on ESA 'mental health' benefits.

Therefore I can only assume that my 'selection' for jury service is either a bureacratic error or some sad joke because the irony of being sent a 'jury summons' letter when one has been diagnosed with terminal 'persistent delusionary disorder' must be plain for anyone to see.

As supporting evidence I have enclosed photocopies of the following:

1. a letter sent by Dr Carney to the housing department of Tendring District Council, regarding his diagnosis of terminal 'persistent delusionary disorder' whilst referring to my status as a 'vulnerable person'.

2. a recent 'rent adjustment' letter sent to me by the supported housing organisation CHP - the organisation that Clacton housing department were to put me in touch with - in order to rehouse me, seeing as I am now classified as a 'vulnerable person' on 'mental health' benefits.

3. a recent ESA letter proving that I am currently in receipt of ESA benefits and for the period 2017/2018.

Additionally, I would like to add that I am not available for a 'pre-service visit to court' in order to assess the 'facilities' and that is because there would be little point considering the fact that I have been diagnosed with terminal 'persistent delusionary disorder' rather than a physical disability or impairment and therefore any such 'pre-service visit' would not only be a waste of everybody's time and money but tantamount to the antagonism as well as the harassment of a 'vulnerable person'.

Yours sincerely

EMILY GYDE M.A.
