....hmmm...having skimmed those forms...to then reread a few bits...more carefully...perhaps all I need to do is to send a couple of photocopies of certain letters....that letter from carney to the local council for example....and the form? perhaps I should adopt an ironic tone? something along the following lines....

according to doctor carney's diagnosis....I have a terminal case of 'persistent delusionary disorder' - which is why I am currently on ESA 'mental health' benefits....and therefore I can only assume that this form was sent out because of a bureaucratic error and no, I am not available for a 'pre-service visit to the court' in order to assess the 'facilities' because I would only find that distressing - tantamount to not only antagonism but also harassment given my 'diagnosed condition' - therefore you can contact the following psychiatric/NHS staff involved in my sectioning along with my tribunal (held to question that sectioning) if you wish to take the matter further...
