...that BBC website url for that 'red pillar box' is refusing to function...I wonder why?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/learningenglish/2010/08/red-1.shtml

hmmm...something else is going on here, isn't it?

and so i'll turn it off...it's not necessary and I really can't be bothered:

anyway, I was to choose that image.....out of all the other red pillarboxes upon a '1960s red pillar box' search on google images...because the location looked so familiar...taken from a different angle, of course...but is that a view of oakcroft road and st Austell road?

oh I remember now...ed gyde saying to bobby's mob that I would never get it...ha ha ha...'oh ye of such little IQs...' or something like that...

"puffed up adders" replies MI5 ONLINE...go figure.

anyway, to set the record straight...the letterbox used to point in the direction of Lewisham hill....the opposite way to 'in the photo' or something like that - although I might have painted a letterbox onto my painting, to make it look more 'interesting'...a bit of detail - pointing towards st Austell road - in fact, I seem to remember that I did....oh and the location wasn't near to the kerb, either...it was set back from the road - and near to the fence/trees on the corner...and so all that we could see out of it, for example.....was 'green trees' and sky....but of course, I knew...when my father began to describe where he was....and what he appeared to be 'entrapped' within...I knew the precise location...and so he was then to stop panicking and to open a bit of the post....see previous notes....and yes, the 'mod-ified' postbox had  been much larger...much taller...but naturally scarlett didn't have it 'in situ' for long...just long enough to program 'whoever' inside of it...his adult targets....go figure.
