oh I remember now...PKW/webb was to tell CF that he would base himself at 'tetley'...."because I'm a Tetley T man" as in T for torture and taschmann....

 

 

they were then to decide to use the following images in 'tetley' to represent themselves...presumably because they knew what had happened to two of their taschmann gang....both had lost eyes and a limb...as a result of getting on the wrong side of the pentagon/Italian mob....
