let me guess....something is encoded here...remember daldry talking about the 'crows' as in the Italian mob...in relation to that biblical verse....and it is to do with CF and his mother, isn't it? he was the magpie who lifted that jewel....to then give to his mother....go figure.

I used to feed him a lot...and he didn't give me any gifts...maybe if I'd tried peanuts, huh? wait a minute...that is what she had in her hand...just before he gave her the jewel....'show but not tell'...she hadn't mentioned the fact that she was holding up a shelled peanut...go figure:
