OTHER NOTES:

mr donnell turned up just before 1pm....he was to ring me up, whilst on jackson road...i was to give him directions from jackson road....he then duly turned up, in travelodge carpark.

oddly enough - somebody else, later on - was to ask me for directions... whilst i was walking back from M&S - about to cross jackson road...."...where is the hospital?" i then gave him clear instructions...go figure.

OTHER NOTES:

mr donnell was to top up the boiler....and then ask me about flat 11, belle court

....he was concerned for his own safety...and i can understand why - isn't that the flatdoor - the one that had been broken down, on the top floor?

anyway...he was to read out a certain 'record' upon his phone...for flat 11...a young man....mental health issues, eating problems etc etc...i wondered what it was all about...did he have a record for me on his phone as well? later on i met donna - who was to tell me that there had been 'disturbance' the other night in relation to flat 11 and the building in general but she had no details and didn't want to know...i replied that i didn't really, either...best to give it all a wide berth....go figure.
