I've just given aaron services ltd a ring...to get a helpful customer service operative on-the-line....to tell her that some plumbers have had a real problem finding this building and could she possibly find out what is going on - the last one took over an hour to find belle court (quite true - he was to tell his 'boss' that, on his mobile "I had to ask a gull" etc etc)....she was to ring up the plumber....my job is the next one on his list...she then gave him my phone number...so that if he gets lost...he can call...go figure.
