'under the plastic' - see above....normally Clacton library do not put your 'name-on-a-scrap-bit-of-paper' and in relation to a reserved item...... 'under the plastic' of the dvd cover...normally they tie that 'bit of paper with your name upon it'...around the dvd, with a plastic band - and I have been a customer (paying for dvd rental) and a client of that library, for 7 years now....during which time - I was to note, that upon the reservation shelves - all items tend to be 'tied with rubber bands'...somebody had 'run out of them, today - then'? regarding my own particular reservation....this time around? the rest of the reserved items upon those shelves, all appeared to have 'plastic bands' upon them but I could be wrong....just a 'general impression'...

"colin was being very helpful"....but not that helpful when it came to that 'royal crescent in the city of Bath'...which is what had made emet laugh the most (looking through the footage later on)....portillo was to 'help colin out' by asking if he should "turn off the camera now?"....colin was to tell him that this was really important...before he then told portillo about 'that cabal' as portillo was to describe it...the cabal that had inititated him 'when relatively young' in that very building....portillo was to privately wonder, if the same thing had happened to himself....

i am guessing here...but i am thinking 'whitehall dirty tricks department'....the same evil department that had made 'tiny colin' believe that he was a 'vampire' whilst in hospital, with a serious blood disorder...how could two gay men from whitehall do that to a 'small child'...unless they were 'children' themselves? do you see what i mean?
