you see i can remember now...the doctors 'knew' about this bit of google maps...they had coded it out in a harry potter way....jump 'through' the building into the close and under the bridge....so i will now return the way that i came...

well i don't know if that had actually been blears or not...the point is this...they knew about her and knew that she visited ST BARTS now and then 'under suspicious circumstances' and so they checked her out...
