women's day...on google....
yes i can see what somebody from BI is signalling here...i can remember them putting together the above illustration...and it is subtitled 'google slaves'....google recruiting at a school within the tendring area, if only i could remember which one it was - clacton or harwich....but it shouldn't be hard to work out, eh SP?
anyway, that reminds me...of the last time that i was to see rodway...i was living in manningtree at the time and 'out of the blue' she told me that she would come down for a 'day visit'...
i protested...surely it was far too long a way to drive?
she had given me the address of a 'gatehouse to a stately home' in DERBYSHIRE....that was where they had apparently moved to - after leaving acocks green, birmingham....
anyway, rodway was adamant...she could drive to manningtree and back in a day....well, yes i can now see that driving from clacton to manningtree wouldn't have presented as many problems, would it?
rodway wanted to visit the ESSEX UNDERGROUND BUNKER for mike....and so off we went to mistley...she took quite a few photos and that was that....i never saw her again...
oh how funny...look at the google illustration...the BI operative had laughed about the 'child in the blue hood' and decided to portray that child 'as near as possible' let us say...so if you cannot identify 'the one in blue upon the bridge' yesterday...i am now being told that it was a 'little boy'....well check this caricature out:
oh i remember now...BI knew that he was a budding 'lawrence of arabia' and had been told that he would have a brilliant career in the FOREIGN OFFICE....the inference being 'with no work' of course...because he was the 'most evil of the lot'...
