why did i single this bit out...of the section entitled number 10 'Countersignature'

it is because MARK VIZARD had put that one in....'irish passport'....why?

well put simply - it should read NORTHERN IRISH PASSPORT.....

i mean to say....would the irish government allow a british person to verify whether or not a person claiming to be IRISH really is irish - in order to get an irish passport? of course they wouldn't.....relations have always been strained betweent the two countries, to put it mildly...that would be taking 'trust' too far, wouldn't it?

 it would be like the british home office asking french passport holders to verify if somebody is british or not.......

it's just silly....or maybe there is a bit more to it than that....

i remember now...VIZARD had been hoping to get mafia gangs in 'the back door'....his idea ran as follows:

bureaucrats are bureaucrats...you turn up with this home office pamphlet and tell them that as an irish citizen with an irish passport...that you can verify if somebody is british or not....and having 'seen it in print' the bureaucrat will then back down...abandoning any 'commonsense' about the situation....

secondly - see previous notes upon BETH LAZROE and her passport in prague....she had told me that it was irish and that interpol were after her...that is why she couldn't present it at the british council in order to apply for the job of CAE interlocutor/oral examiner....

lazroe then got judith elliot under mind control...managed to wangle a job of CAE oral examiner anyway...and then proceeded to give my 'cae exam technique' class student...the one that could hardly make sense in english - as far as speaking and writing were concerned.....she then gave that student 'top marks' for speaking....100%...unheard of....all CUP examiners are routinely told that 'top marks are not possible because a faultless speech event at FCE/CAE isn't possible for students at that level.... but lazroe wasn't paying attention to any rules....

so 100% success in the speaking paper of CAE...must have just about scraped her through with a 'C'....which only goes to show just how bad, her other 4 papers had been....
