well CARILLION services turned up in a CHP van (and not rgfrancis' original team)...a engineer by the name of LEE JACKSON...who was to tell me that if you wanted to be really safe in a block of flats where sometimes 'dodgy people' entered...well firstly you needed a 'chain on the door' better than a slide-along bolt....in fact, most of the tenants in this block had put this onto their doors...to be extra-safe...even though CHP had told us all not to put up anything on the walls or despoil the paintwork in any way....

DONNA was to laugh at that one...she was to tell me she had pictures up everywhere....LEE was to say that people had put up widescreen tvs upon the walls of their flats...lots of things...

he also was to say that the general idea was that you had to leave the flat as you had found it...so if you repaired 'holes in the wall for nails' etc....and repainted...no problems....

anyway, LEE then told me about the GAS SAFE REGISTER card - which had an indented number across the back and an inverted YELLOW triangle to the right (a bit like the keys for 'white boxes outside houses, with gas meters in them)...

anyway, GAS REGISTER cards - every engineer had one...if they didn't...'don't let them in'...

oh i am beginning to 'get it' now...the white boxes that contain gas meters...and those YELLOW KEYS with that inverted triangle 'handle'....see previous notes this morning upon 'soul in the microwave'....i cannot imagine what the ill do to 'gas engineers'....but i have a nasty feeling...that LEE had something terrible done to him...

we chatted abit about online gaming as he was checking the boiler...and i flashbacked to having met him before...was it mandelson's office? i remembered that he had once had a 'bit of a problem' with trainspotting as a child....it was thought a bit too obsessive but then he diversified his interests.....education-wise he took the CIVIL SERVICE exams - passed them and now...he is working as an engineer for CHP? well i suppose 'anything can happen' in life and usually does....

mandelson's civil service team would have 'put him in' at this stage in the ill cult game, i am sure of it....

anyway, he was very informative on quite a few subjects including what the chinese like to play as games....as well as personal safety at home....

and i wondered what mandelson and his people, had been up to?

all i can remember so far...is that NANKEVILLE was supposed to have hijacked the original rgfrancis 'pair' at their base....got them under mind control...and used them as a 'way in' to this flat....

it didn't happen....

however the FO team were a bit underhand...they had picked LEE because they figured that he might perhaps remind me of nankeville and think that he was possibly 'his son'...no chance....i remembered enough NOT to think that...definitely NOT nankeville's son.

and somebody put in by 'government services' to do the job....safely.

OTHER NOTES:

...CIVIL SERVICE exams...and that reminds me....of my mother telling me that my brother ED was taking them in LEEDS uni - after he had finished his degree....but no further information was forthcoming after that - and i was to forget that she had ever told me....

it wasn't until MCDONALD opened up the conversation at the CIA LAB 'you know ED passed his civil service exams?'....that i remembered my mother saying that he had sat them....at LEEDS UNIVERSITY circa....1989?

so why the need for such secrecy?

normally families celebrate an exam 'success' don't they?

let me get back to LEE....why did you pick him, mandleson?

did he go to the PARIS SCHOOL - he had done, hadn't he?

that is why this is all coming up now - isn't it?

i have no idea if he 'sat on top of the white box' - rather than 'sat in it'....all i can say is that the TIBETAN MONKS had found a way out of that particular 'illusion'....the 'deep sleep' of the soul....maybe LEE might take a holiday in Tibet then.....it might be worth investigating....
