well MARK R of course...he had betrayed us all, i suppose....in his fight to the top - to become NAPOLEON of all mafias....giving it all away to KAMINISKY/EVANS and then murdering kaminsky's favourite auntie...to try and put the blame onto my family...'divide and conquer' those beneath you and they will be too busy fighting to realise that you had masterminded the whole evil charade....

it all backfired of course, but i am not going to go back over 'that one' again...

anyway, BOBBY and KAMINSKY's mob were fascinated by the PARIS SCHOOL and their programming materials/torture techniques/methods....so much so that they adopted them almost wholesale....i suppose it all had the air of 'paris' and 'couture'....as if what they were doing became 'classy' rather than the Parisian version of CIA NAZI mind control...

except that BOGHEAD is much higher than 'the order of the bath'....or a knighthood....or anything else, really....the BOGHEAD is pretty much the BRITISH ROYALS 'number one righthand man'...

GAS METERS in their WHITE BOXES....and the context of our discussion?

the fact that he had always found the BELLE COURT 'outside gas meter room' open...even though it used to have a lock on it and now it has the 'keypad' in order to 'keep it safe'....

"it's open" he smiled....."always is....every time i've come here" after i had asked him if he wanted keys...to remember subsequently that you needed to know the 'number code to tap in'....and then remembered the CHP letter, informing me that all CHP people - now knew the code for the bin-room and gas meter room, outside of the block....

that raised a few questions in my mind...i hadn't seen him here before but there again i haven't called in a carillion engineer....

in relation to somebody gaining access to a GAS METER room.....

he was to tell me "if somebody wants the pipes, they'll take them off the side of the building" (as they already have done, i might add - see previous notes)....

he went on to explain that they don't need to enter the gas meter room....

so basically 'no need for locks on that gas meter room at all'....nobody would bother, would they?

my mind was 'thinking ahead'....in relation to PETROL NELL and TOMLINSON having screwed my outside gas/electricity meter...in the passageway alley beside EAGLE HOUSE....

yes a 'lock on the meter room' was important because otherwise the ill can 'screw' your meter reading and make you pay 'so much more' in order to bankrupt you.....well, what i mean to say is 'make you pay extortionate fees'....

PETROL NELL knew how to 'screw meters' and she was to teach TOMLINSON how to do it, ona stepladder up to the meters, in that passageway beside EAGLE HOUSE...she then proceeded to screw my meter....

at the time, i was listening to BI NETWORKS...and COLLIE was online....to tell me that BI would sort it out...simply to have the meter recalled.....and they would 'sort it out'....

i was a 'fool to trust her'....well 'more than a fool'....you see, i had 'outed' COLLIE as the daughter of NAZI SCIENTIST 'REINHART' and in notes going back to 2005....way before i ever got to EAGLE HOUSE, HARWICH....but you always think ....oh i don't know...that people can change...stop being ill...stop trying to harm you...stop being insane nazi eugenics scientists...turn over a new leaf... i had known collie to be 'one of those'...the reinhart family....but i hadn't followed up on it....i hadn't done a wiki search on the family...i hadn't done anything about it....whilst 'waking up'....

apart from the job role of 'british cultural studies lecturer' that is....judith elliot hadn't passed 'civil service exams'...she hadn't even got a university degree...but then obtained an MA in cultural studies at YORK - which had earned her a 'top job' from the BC in prague....you see how it goes?

"embarrassing" replies an FO network....well, embarrassing but true. that was the state of british intelligence 'as it was then'...hire the stupidest, nastiest and most criminal of the lot....because the ROYALS believed that they ran the 'frequency program' and everything would 'go their way'...in short, they didn't need the SKILLED or the INTELLIGENT....that type of person was far too 'troublesome'.

make an enemy of somebody like PETROL NELL....and you will see yourself paying 'nearly double the prices'....so a word of advice to all householders with 'white boxes for meters' in front of their houses/flats....keep a decent PADLOCK upon it.

so cluny wasn't only controlling me and looking through my eyes...he had turned to LEE and because of the sympathetic 'paris school' network, let us say.....yes, LEE had been clever enough 'not to go into the microwave'....cluny could also look through his eyes....and download 'the lot'...as well as telling him to 'show me the yellow key' so that i could type it all up later on....

i know nothing about catholic history....but i am a little perturbed that within my travels in central and eastern europe...i have noted that a 'MONASTERY' in the guidebook doesn't necessarily mean that the place is still inhabited by monks....more often than not, there are NUNS milling around....and you are then told that it is now a female resort....not a male one....but no, it is still a MONASTERY....nobody is about to change the name....NUNS RUNNING THE MONASTERY....

i used to find that 'so weird as to be untrue' and it used to make me giggle every time....but GILL, ROZ and well, everybody around - never found that one, funny....

MCDONALD had always figured that 'dealing with the FOX' was a hard business....and it was true.....operatives duly came into the CIA LAB to get rid of 'all of his files'....

i can remember KAMINSKY coming in...after the drugging of 'croc'....'baby croc'...."oh that's your standalone computer is it? we know the password....."

lucky, then - that he already had a CIA/NASA/MARINES/CIVIL SERVICE network of trusted people.....to whom 'it had all been sent'....to then be perused over, at a later date.

and that date, is probably 'around now'.....
