OTHER NOTES:

upon meeting that guy...at the bus-stop in clacton...he was to tell me about how railway tracks are being bought from poland and they split open.....not tough enough for the trains...and that is why there are so many deaths upon the railways nowadays....crashed trains.....

so i wonder now...perhaps BI should investigate the london to anglia tracks.....because he was evidently warning me about something 'along those lines'...perhaps witham, for example?

he then stated QUALITY CONTROL....QC...that is what it was all about....the UK needed quality control instead of buying cheaply 'all over the world'....because unless it is made over here and to exacting standards...well 'you never know' do you?
