i remember now...SCARLETT'S POLICE analysed 'the cutter' video...they were already interested in 'escalator programmers'...and freezeframed that particular image - see below...

we had had a look at 'what had happened...guy on the 7th floor had a radio desk and was an 'escalator' programmer...

gill was 'upset' about it all because the guy was jooish...he somewhat identified with him and had hated echo and the bunnymen as a group, during his teenage years....

which brought up - how come you can give me 'escalator mind control commands' eh, GILL?...and so things really got quite difficult...

anyway, as far as i can remember...echo and the bunnymen 'dealt with' guy on the seventh floor...rather like the way in which the beatles had 'dealt with' a satanic princess in a london taxi cab...the woman who had been sent to murder paul....you see how it goes?
