the EMANUEL brothers....as far as i know they were from a good catholic israeli family....

yes that might seem odd but there again 'not at all'...not that many catholic israeli families in israel or around the world...but 'it happens'....

you see israeli culture 'is a culture' and as the state religion is jooish...people immediately assume that you 'must be' too...you walk, talk like an israeli therefore you must be jooish/jewish....which is not necessarily the case at all...

my way of explaining why RAIM was completely 'at home' at the sacre coeur notre dame in ein kerem....

and why when he turned up at georges' home in hollywood...he sampled the crudites and commented that the hummus was okay but not as good as his mother made...

i mean the very surname 'emanuel' would suggest more catholicism than judaism but anyway...
