i was to see this 'horror' on the pavement outside of QD.....
the traffic warden appeared to find it all entirely 'comical'.....he walked around the corner to grin at me...as if he wanted me to take a pic of him.....i was supposed to be BETH LAZROE so one can assume that he was one of her most obedient slaves.....in clacton......
who knows?
perhaps he was a bit like MARK VIZARD....oh i remember now...vizard had dressed up as a 'traffic warden'....
"how do i look, SONIA?" ....and she had laughed and laughed.....
anyway, the next guy to pass the 'sign upon the pavement' was dressed in black and signalling 'no joke'.....
