he asked for tippex and i replied...having read a bit about it all upon the internet that tippex was forbidden...the website had said 'black it out'....
so he then wrote over what he had written and told me 'that's 11'....as in NOVEMBER.
funny how he had made a mistake over the date of his marriage....
but then my mother had told me that their wedding anniversary held in NOVEMBER at THE PIER hotel...she had told me words to the effect of "well, we weren't really married in november but it is a convenient date for the celebration"
and i had thought 'well and good'...so it isn't the same date but what of it? the same year....same thing, really....
okay so my father had previously thought, like my mother...that he was married earlier than november....but for some reason he decided to change it to november - why?
did somebody change the date of their marriage upon their marriage certificate/computer database entry?
my father appears to think that they were married in September 1961....but then he changed it to November 1961...and he will have done so, for a reason....
will it result in my form being sent back in relation to the 'wrong information'....who knows? we shall see....
i could just fill in another form and put the september date...but perhaps it is best to just send this one off and see what happens....
anyway, more importantly...my father had to STUDY this form very hard...he then went off downstairs with it...to his study.....to this computer and was away for some time....i wondered what was 'so important'....
i then had a look at what he had written down...now obviously i cannot disclose my parents' details online....nor can i disclose their passport numbers etc.....
but i can show you what i think was bugging him....look at this:
look at the wording of the instructions...
oh i remember what this is all about now...my father had been programmed to confuse 'parent 2' with 'second parent of the person named in section 2' and the ill had threatened him....
"you'll never work it out"
but he had done....
and to show that he had done...he had then filled in my first two names upon the front in SECTION 2 - in order to show me that he had defeated their torture programming by 'strength of mind'....
that 'bit' is badly phrased - isn't it?
it simply means if the mother remarried then put down the date of the second marriage...the stepfather's wedding....
