anyway, my parents then told me that they often caught the NUMBER 2 bus to manningtree railway station and they knew the bus driver well....he really didn't like his job much but he often chatted away to the locals, who use the service....

the same army intelligence guy... as far as i know...which is what this is all about, i suppose....you see i 'know' that my father will get a call at some point....telling him to go to london on GOOD FRIDAY...and there will be complications....he will want to catch a certain train.....want to take the NUMBER 2 to the railway station....

but army intelligence guy won't be driving it....

i do not know if it will turn up or not....and so perhaps the idea was that my father would then take a taxi or something....or my mother would offer to drive him there...and a possible car crash?

i am unclear as to what this is all about but i suppose the idea was an abduction/kidnapping.....or even worse...a car/bus crash....

so the message is quite clear...do not go anywhere on good friday...avoid using any transport....
