helen rodway...oh i remember now...colin had embarrassed her hideously by that 'channel'.....he knew how easy it is to embarrass women in relation to their 'self-image' (and in his own words, it didn't take much - just the slightest 'touch')...e.g. respectable/teacher trainer/businesswoman, however many hats helen had etc...helen had been doing 'surveillance work' whilst playing a FIFA computer game 'on the sly'...really, i ask you - some computer addictions-at-work like playing cards are acceptable...playing FIFA is not....particularly not for a 'professional - as well as a 'respectable wife and mother-of-two'...

oh and just to really rub it in...colin had chosen the one photo that rodway had figured was the 'worst one ever taken, in her entire life'...nobody else thought 'that one' was true - they had seen far worse photos, of her....but there's no telling some people, is there?

OTHER NOTES:

...what else? this morning...not much....i was to do a few exercises whilst listening to a programme on radio 4...i switched it off halfway through because it was getting a bit monotonous....anyway, it was something around a vietnamese woman who had come over to the UK in order try and get free NHS help, during her pregnancy...and so how does one balance 'ethical concerns for a mother and baby'...against 'the UK taxpayers up in arms', asked a presenter....well having then begun to listen to a doctor talking about her voluntary work overseas...i thought "that's easy...get all of those doctors who want to do voluntary work overseas - to do it over here...and nurses too...that way they won't go off to foreign climes and get sick with malaria etc or even worse - bring back 'whatever it is' over here'...facilitate this highly skilled medical 'voluntary sector' to do 'that sort of thing' over here, instead of charging off abroad - problem solved eh?'

"that would only encourage more of them to come over here" replies MI5 ONLINE...."but at least it would be more manageable".
