in retrospect, McGowan had been very helpful yesterday...he had left notes upon the timer system about 'this house' on marine parade...in relation to what those two men were up to...retuning their satellite? not quite...something 'very dodgy' indeed...in relation to micro-waves...

additionally and as a 'reminder' I suppose...flat 4 guy was to ring my doorbell and then flat 3's doorbell, yesterday evening and at about 9pm...flat 3 answered...to be told that a guy had come round that morning to retune his TV...and that it was working now..."you know with the meter" etc etc...I have no idea whether or not flat 3 found this useful...because they don't tend to like him at the best of times...having complained a lot about 'drugs' etc, in relation to his flat...anyway, having been told that if they had had a problem with their TV it was 'all right now'...they were to reply "thank you" and then close the door...not giving away if they had had problems or not...go figure...

odd...because former flat 1 resident Shirley had said that rick was a brilliant mechanic/engineer/electrician who could turn his hand to anything...and so surely retuning a TV would have been 'easy peasy'....

add to the above - gill telling me "we'll send him to flat 4"....and who was gill talking about? the man with the 'yellow recharger/battery pack' this morning...although there was no reply from flat 4, at that point in time...gill had managed to 'switch' something upon the system...the man was then sent to flat 4 and not flat 3...so he was supposed to have been the 'snake' in that ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA scenario? go figure....

what else?

well, mcgowan knew what those two men upon the balcony of that flat were up to...which is why, having seen them...i then immediately turned around and cycled back....down marine parade towards clacton.

OTHER NOTES:

next up....in relation to my post below...I can remember what that 'deputy governor' had been called...and yes he was a 'governor' or that is what he was to describe himself as 'so many years ago now' at dartington....anyway, he was rather handsome and very charming during my interview with him..."a bit of a chinless wonder" replies MI5 ONLINE laughing...I was to ask gill about him, afterwards...gill was to tell me "oh that's stebbings"...not the name, that the man had given me....gill then added "and the stabbings" with a laugh...I decided not to ask any further questions...having got the gist...something around assassins and stabbings?

...and you might wonder what Farrell had been referencing in relation to "i'll stab every one of them"...he was referencing a 'stebbings' frequency program' as far as I know...
