....and what else, dazzlenation?...well, another letter from 'democratic services and elections' at tendring district council....about whether there should be local community-based councils for clacton on sea, holland on sea and jaywick sands - according to the letter...this is separate from the UK government's proposal to disband essex county council and tendring district council and replace both with a single authority covering an area three or four times the size of tendring'...a questionnaire is enclosed....quite a lengthy one...but with no real info as to the pros and cons of any of it....which is apparent in the questionnaire itself....for example question 2: does the consultation map of a possible new parish adequately cover the community of clacton? Yes/No/Don't know...and the box below reads: What most influenced your answer to this question?...all of the questions are laid out in the same way...hmmm...upon first glance if i were to fill it in, i would simply ticked don't know and fill in the box below with...something along the lines of: need lots more info in order to have any real idea of what is going on here etc etc....from the micro to the macro e.g. what are the finer distinctions between a community-based council and a parish one...before we even get onto what the letter calls 'the HQ for that new super authority could well be away from clacton' i.e. that government proposal and so er...they mean a bit like the police - who have relocated to chelmsford?...although apparently the old police station is still used for training purposes, according to the local newspaper etc etc....go figure:

the plot thickens, then...i can smell a rat somewhere....lol....i could be very wrong of course but my sixth sense is picking up on uncle bobby's mob again....lords of the manor and all that...the peasants, the serfs and the taxation...back to feudal times, according to prince charles' former etc etc....as it goes, eh?....interestingly, the letter also tells me that in the summer of 2025 - residents of clacton on sea told them that now was the right time for a parish council/parish councils across clacton on sea, holland on sea and jaywick sands....and most of those who had voted, had also wanted a separate local council - more so, than the parishes....what interests me, here...is that you can actually have a parish council instead of a community-based council....i would have thought and obviously mistakenly...that starting up a parish council was a thing of the distant past...a historical number - based upon church law etc etc.....lol........anyway, the essex association of local councils has all of the details, apparently....hmmm....off on a tangent now...how did that 'free french' movement work at a grassroots level, in the franche comte.....having worked against centralisation of government in paris etc etc...i only mention it because historically, anglia has always been seen as one of the more troublesome regions...dating back to the 1500s and beyond...lots of rebellions, anarchy movements, cults to be quashed by the monarch's soldiers etc etc....go figure:
