....and what's new this wednesday evening, dazzlenation?...well, it was 'this bit' of the following article that was to alert me to the possibility of etc etc...regarding a letter that i was to receive yesterday from CHP fire safety consultant sarah leahy.....contact stuart ostermeyer etc etc....because apparently CHP will be carrying out external surveys in belle court on monday....which may involve drilling....they might need to use a temporary scaffold tower in order to access areas above groundfloor....the reason being that they need to confirm the construction of the external wall system in line with government regulations....'the external wall system'?....but not to worry - "access to your property should not be required"....go figure
