....and what's new this monday morning, dazzlenation?...well, it is now 11.52am and 'chris mckenna' from Ridge - hasn't yet bothered to get out of bed...or so it appears etc etc....and yes, i had managed to contact him via my mobile, earlier on - he sounded unprofessional, to say the least....offhand if not downright rude....when asked if he would turn up before 12 noon as agreed....he was very difficult to pin down...apparently he had a job in dedham to do first...sounded like he'd made it up upon the spur of the moment.....eventually, he replied "something like that" in relation to my asking him if he would turn up at 12 noon....it is now 11.53am watch this space.
Additionally, i begin to wonder if anybody else has received a note-through-the-door from mckenna....you see, CHP's carpenter was to tell me that CHP was a private company and not some governmental quango number....which means?...that no government regulations apply....and so why has CHP contracted in..presumably at great expense....what they didn't need to expend upon, eh?
and he just made it, within the time limit allowed....and has just left....12.08...lol....and yes, it had quite obviously all been 'bogus'.....isn't that so annoying?...why 'bogus'....well, the things that he was checking for...replacement of bathrooms and kitchens....20 or 30 years, respectively....in relation to the first tenants, who were only allowed to move in - 2009.....oh and the other thing, was replacement boilers....not that he even bothered to look at my new one....oh and he was even to tell me that he'd previously checked CHP files and already knew about that....and so what was the point of any of it?....the only thing that he could have put upon a 'replacement' list - regarding a 'stock survey' etc etc...anyway, so why did CHP hire Ridge in to check boilers....when they have so many plumbers on their books...who do a yearly gas inspection etc etc...doesn't add up, does it - any of it....additionally - he was to ask if the extractor fan worked, as he walked in (after i had reminded him about the laryngitis etc etc)....and as it turned out - it doesn't....not that it seemed to bother him....the only other important note, that he had to register...was how many windows, there were, in the flat - the last thing that he mentioned, before he left...anyway, BI online is laughing about a 'tardy attack'....whilst i'm thinking 'a bit of a toby macklin' - albeit a lot taller....oh and here's a radio file for you - marines...."whitehall"....oh i see...more of a 'prince of darkness' number then?....lol...peter mandelson etc etc.......go figure.
