....oh and there's more to get annoyed about, dazzlenation....and this time it's O2....additionally, CHP has also sent a letter to talk about 'total weekly charges' hike - from april 2024 - it will be £131.04 and so i've emailed them back to ask them to contact their housing benefits officer in order to ascertain etc etc...not a good day, eh?......anyway, look at this email from O2...instead of answering my questions - which they have been ignoring since 2023....they've sent me an email confirming my dongle number?!?.......go figure:
