...oh and this is the fake certificate that had arrived through the post, at 14 st bernards - dazzlenation - late 1978...something that had perturbed oscar....who was subsequently unable to find out etc etc at the time.....having rung up the school - to then be told that the certificate was bogus etc etc....and that was because they gave out commendation certificates...not certificates of 'merit', let us say.....see previous posts....go figure:

anyway, i can remember standing in the admin office, with mr biggs (sociology teacher) and mr irving (art teacher) who were both having a laughing gas attack, at the time - let us say....regarding that 'pile-on' event....irving was to quickly knock up the folowing design....biggs was to laugh about the pillars not matching....he then forged the head mistress' signature, at the bottom....put the certificate into an envelope and left it in the admin out tray....oh and the fact that they were to choose 'yellow card' to print it out on....hasn't passed me by...remember that 'yellow creativity' folder etc etc....as it goes, eh?
